Terms governing use of HelpBecome

HelpBecome is a private scouting and partnership intelligence platform. We help Brands discover and evaluate emerging tennis Players, and help Players present a profile to Brands and receive introduction requests. HelpBecome facilitates introductions and tracks partnership activity between Players and Brands — it is not itself a party to any resulting commercial agreement between a Player and a Brand.

A Player account records who represents the Player commercially — the Player themself, a guardian, an agent, a manager, or another authorized representative — and whether that party's authority to act commercially on the Player's behalf has been confirmed. Introductions, proposals and commercial communication are routed to the Player's recorded representative.

Brand accounts are reviewed and assigned a verification status (unverified, pending, verified, or needs review) before being given full access to Player information and introduction workflows. We may restrict a Brand's access at any time, including where verification cannot be confirmed.

Where HelpBecome facilitates a partnership between a Player and a Brand, HelpBecome charges the Brand a platform fee of 12%, shown separately from the Player's compensation before the Brand sends or agrees to a proposal. Player compensation is agreed directly between the Player (or their representative) and the Brand and is separate from HelpBecome's fee. Introductions and partnership activity facilitated through the platform are tracked by HelpBecome.

Full commercial terms — including fee protection for introductions HelpBecome facilitates, and what happens if a Brand and Player transact outside the platform after a HelpBecome introduction — require legal drafting and are not yet finalized.

Where a Player is a minor, HelpBecome requires confirmation of guardian or other commercial authority before the Player can proceed into an unrestricted commercial workflow. Requests and proposals involving a minor Player without confirmed authority are held for review rather than proceeding automatically. This does not constitute legal advice on the enforceability of any resulting agreement in any jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use HelpBecome only for legitimate scouting and partnership purposes, and not to misuse information obtained through the platform about a Player or Brand.

HelpBecome is provided on an "as is" basis during this stage of the product. Specific disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law and dispute resolution terms are pending legal review.
